We are happy to have the bmp Ventures AG as a strong partner for the next step on our way to increase efficiency, precision and safety within interventional radiology. Through the “Startup Gladiator” program, initiated by bmp Ventures AG (bmp) and funded by IBG Venture Capital Fund III (IBG), we got our pre-seed investment round for ISO 13485 certification and  production chain implementation.

Today we participated in the MedTech Pitch Day 2020 organised by High-Tech Gründerfonds at Dräger Garage. We made many new contacts to MedTech startups, accelerators, companies and investors.

change of Brand

Everybody always called us "Inline-med". So we decided to give our brand more focus on medical technology. Today we signed the documents in the notary and from now on we are no longer just In-Line but InLine-Med GmbH. Infinite and continual progress in medical field creating the next generation of interventional radiology worldwide.

Investforum
pitch day

Today the Investforum Pitch-Day took place in the historic tram depot in Halle. We were one of the 24 startups pitching to over 70 investors and companies. Furthermore, we had a small booth to show our solution. It was an amazing day with many new contacts and good input for further cooperations.

Accelerator

On June 11, 2019, the Life-Science-Accelerator Sachsen-Anhalt on the Technologiepark Weinberg Campus in Halle started with the aim to accelerate the development of life science startups. We were coached intensively and visited workshops in the areas of finance, regulation, clinical studies, company formation, data security and capital acquisition within four months. In addition, market-specific networks were established within the accelerator.

Together with NORAS MRI products GmbH we presented our FLEXLINE needle-guide and our FLEXPATCH MR marker grid in the ECR (European Congress of Radiology) in Vienna. Our solution is compatible to NORAS new Uni belt surface coil and brings an overall solution for needle-based procedures MR-guided.

in vitro tests

Lab-on-fiber GmbH

Today we received the first results of in-vitro user-tests of our needle-guide FLEXLINE for minimally invasive procedures by means of laser fibers of the start-up Lab-on-Fiber GmbH. Lab-on-Fiber GmbH focuses on fiber delivery and laser systems to increase precision in laser surgery.

Clinical cooperation

Today we signed a clinical cooperation contract with Radiology Group Practice of the Evangelical Clinic in Lippstadt. This opens the possibility to create devices, which are required in the radiology and at the same time we can support the clinic with technical know-how.

We are looking forward to a successful and interesting collaboration.

The In-Line project got published in the GUERICKE'18 magazine. "GUERICKE: research - connect - apply" is the annual research magazine of the Otto-von-Guericke university Magdeburg, which gives an insight into current research and transfer projects as well as startup activities from the Otto-von-Guericke universities.
